These terms govern your use of Ascent. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
1.Your account
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the content you create. Keep credentials secure and use multi-factor authentication for administrators.
2.Acceptable use
Don't use Ascent to break the law, infringe rights, send unsolicited messages, or attempt to compromise the platform or other tenants.
3.Your content
You retain ownership of your assessments and respondent data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.
4.Subscriptions & billing
Plans renew until cancelled. Response limits and allotments are described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5.Availability
We work hard to keep Ascent available and will notify you of material incidents. The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
6.Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can export your data during a reasonable window.
7.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated terms.
